Tackle the moderately challenging hills on this 4-mile loop along Tyler’s two creeks. Feel your legs working on the steep sections, see the ruins of Valley Cottage, and pause to take in sweeping views across the valley.

What to expect:
• Experienced guide
• 4-mile, moderately paced hike with stops to admire the scenery
• Peaceful woodland
• Walking surfaces that include pavement, grass and gravel, rocky trails
• Steep hills
• 2 stream crossings

What to wear & carry:
• Dress in layers for the weather
• Hiking boots or shoes with good tread
• Water
• Snacks
• Hiking poles (if you use them)
