Create a one-of-a-kind wreath with materials sourced by Tyler Arboretum’s dedicated horticulturalists!

About your instructor: Tyler Arboretum Lead Educator Erin Conway has run nearly a dozen wreath-making workshops and has perfected the arts of bow-tying and, perhaps more importantly, getting pine sap out of just about everything.

What to expect:

•          Rain or shine
•          Mostly indoors, though greenery will be stored outside
•          Wreath bases, ribbon, and pinecones will be provided along with the greenery
•          Arrive early to check in at the Visitor Center and enjoy the 5-minute walk to the Edible Garden Classroom

What to bring:

•          Dress for the weather
•          Any additional accents or ribbons you would like to incorporate in your wreath (wire and hot glue will be available)
•         Hand pruners (a limited number will be available to borrow)
•          Gardening gloves
