A Meditation in Coordination
Cultivate a calm mind, steady heart, and balanced body through mindful movement and breath. Explore the internal arts of T’ai Chi and Qigong while practicing movements rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, Taoist Qigong, and T’ai Chi forms. Move through gentle sequences that sometimes travel across the room, and other times are performed in a small standing space. Modify movements from a seated position if needed (please let the instructor know in advance if you have mobility concerns). Whether you're brand new to T’ai Chi, building your skills, or have previous experience, you'll find a welcoming practice that meets you where you are.
